overall a very good product. Being a man 6' tall the handle when extended is a quite short I would rather the handle be longer for an easier pull. I still would recommend it. I am also flexibly implaired thus making the shortness more of a short coming.
And this one was cheaper. I have been using one of these for 3 years. My house has a set of 30 stairs between it and the parking area so it has been used a lot. Now I will have one at the car and one at the house when I need it. The one I have is still in good shape but it is always at the "other" end when I need it.
